EXAMPLE: Roimata Rokx joined the New Zealand Tertiary College team as a library and reception assistant in 2005. In 2007 Roimata was promoted to Kaiarahi – Teaching and Learning Support Lecturer. Two years into this role she decided to complete a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) at NZTC, which she graduated with in 2014. Today Roimata continues to support students in their learning at NZTC as Lecturer (Kaiarahi – Teaching and Learning Support).
